To celebrate their 50th Anniversary, we were enlisted by Emery Sapp & Sons to plan, execute and elevate their annual meeting into a one-of-a-kind experience.​

OVERVIEW

ESS activated PXP to elevate their annual meeting into a memorable experience for all attendees. Taking place in Rodgers, Arkansas, the celebration included a two-day shareholders meeting for 1,400 employees and a 50th-anniversary celebration featuring a performance on the green of Top Golf by country music artist Jon Pardi for 2,200 attendees. PXP managed multiple hotel blocks, massive transportation plans, all registration and kiosks, and the full run of shows for both the meeting and celebration. Our planning team seamlessly shifted and pivoted plans amid a snowstorm to ensure the overall attendee experience was nothing short of unforgettable.
