Commissioned by BuildWitt, we plan and execute the annual Ariat Dirt World Summit, a groundbreaking, three day event that aimed at uniting leaders in the civil construction industry. The summit, based in Houston, TX, brought together industry leaders for meaningful connections and strategic discussions. The comprehensive planning by PXP included management and execution of logistics, registration, site coordination, vendor coordination, and the organization of trade show booths and summit sponsors. In addition, we activated multiple PXP divisions including production, custom branding, and media capture to create a next-level event experience this industry had not seen.
